We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager / Junior Attorney to join our team and help drive our business forward through effective contract management and negotiation.

    Job Summary: The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's contract processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks associated with contractual agreements. The successful candidate will be in the Legal Department and work closely with various departments, including procurement, sales, construction, and operations, to negotiate, draft, review, and manage a variety of contracts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Contract Management: Develop, manage, and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements.

    · Compliance: Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.

    · Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements, including financial, legal, and operational risks.

    · Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, sales, construction, and operations, to support business objectives and ensure alignment on contract terms.

    · Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all contractual agreements, amendments, and correspondence.

    · Training: Provide training and guidance to team members and other departments on contract-related processes and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    · Education: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

    · Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in contract management, legal, or a related field. Recent law school graduates will be considered.

    · Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

    · Knowledge: In-depth understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and industry-specific regulations.

    · Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
