    Linkitall (LIA) is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle in a government contracting environment. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leading-edge technology to deliver mission-centric professional services.

    Position: Contracts Specialist

    Location: Fredericksburg, VA

    Position Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    Develop, draft, and review contract terms and conditions to ensure clarity and compliance.

    Prepare contract documents, including procurement contracts, amendments, and modifications.

    Ensure contracts align with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

    Lead or assist in contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

    Resolve disputes or clarify terms during contract discussions.

    Ensure favorable terms for the organization while maintaining strong relationships.

    Maintain records of contract status, compliance, and modifications.

    Ensure contracts comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

    Stay informed about changes in laws or policies affecting contracts.

    Address and resolve contract disputes, claims, or issues.

    Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and associated documents.

    Prepare reports on contract statuses, performance metrics, and compliance issues.

    Respond to internal and external audits or inquiries regarding contracts.

    Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and project management teams.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.

    Certification in Contract Management (e.g., NCMA’s CPCM, CFCM) is preferred.

    Thorough understanding of FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations.

    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a government contracting environment.

    Experience with procurement processes, compliance, and risk management.
