Pay Scale: The Contracts Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $28.00 and $33.00.

Job-Specific Expectations

Car deal compliance and posting new and used car contracts.

New/Used Car DMV prep

Process wholesales and used car purchases

Backup dealer trades.

Backup service contract/warranty cancellations.

Oversee payment for sold vehicles, trade, and wholesales acceptance purchases to ensure that such are made promptly and appropriately.

Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Assist other team members as needed or as directed.

Daily/weekly/monthly review of assigned schedules as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Dealership Contracts Experience preferred

Excel experience preferred

Valid driver's license

Positive attitude and demeanor

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
