Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Control Programmer Service Technician to join our elite team. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to maintain system functionality.
Assist with system installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Provide comprehensive training and support to clients and end-users, empowering them to maximize the potential of their smart home systems.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in control system programming, with proficiency in Crestron, Control4, Savant, or equivalent platforms.
