Title: Controller/Accounting Manager
Shift: 7am-4pm, M-F
Pay: $100k-110k
Location: Solon, OH (but will be asked to go to Canton, OH from time to time)

They provide equipment solutions throughout the waste and recycling industry which encompasses a large customer base and marketplace for us to operate in, leaving them with great opportunities for growth. Our client is seeking to expand their team with an immediate need for a Controller to lead their internal finance function across multiple service lines (rental, service, installation, and sales). This role will oversee all financial operations and the financial function of the business. The role will ensure timely month end close, accurate reporting, build scalable systems, and manage a small internal team. The right candidate will also have some experience in HR. You’ll work directly with the President and leadership team to bring clarity, confidence, and momentum to their financial reporting and decision-making. This is a newly created position, so the right candidate will help to drive whatever the role looks like for themselves. The right candidate is intelligent, hardworking, disciplined, has a growth mindset, likes to solve problems independently, is interested in building a business, and works well as part of a team.
