Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collections, and account reconciliations.
Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Human Resources: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding of new employees.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company’s budget, including forecasting future financial performance and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Cost Management: Analyze and control costs related to production, materials, and operations to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience using Quickbooks
Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry, particularly in paperboard packaging, is desirable.
