Banyan Search is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial reporting and oversee accounting operations. This role ensures compliance with internal controls, manages the general ledger, and supports strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

      Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team to foster growth and maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure the integrity and security of financial systems, with a focus on SAP, to drive accurate data and efficient processes.
• Support internal controls and oversee month-end and year-end closings.

      Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP is required.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial laws.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and enhance financial processes.
