What You’ll Do

• Oversee all financial activities, including P&L management, financial reporting, and payroll operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead and coordinate audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement internal controls to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support leadership in achieving organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Proven experience managing P&L reporting, audits, and payroll processes.
• CPA certification is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
