We are looking for a talented Controller to join our growing team at CPVA Management, Inc. This position is full-time with a hybrid work setup and offers a competitive salary between $95,000 and $120,000, depending on experience. The Controller will work closely with the AP Director, AR Director, and Senior Staff Accountant to oversee accounting operations. As a collaborative team member, the Controller will not only support their colleagues but also drive the company towards its goals and success. Responsibilities: • Provide leadership to the accounting team • Prepare and/or oversee preparation of financial statements for multiple properties • Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance • Work with Board of Directors, specifically treasurers, on financial issues • Liaison between Community Association Manager and outside firm for tax and audit preparation • Manage bank accounts, opening CD’s, investment accounts etc. with Senior Staff Accountant • Participate in onboarding and initial setup up of new clients Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required. • CPA certification is preferred • Five or more years of experience in accounting Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000
