We are looking for an experienced Controller to manage the financial and accounting processes of the organization, including optimizing and maximizing the return of the company’s financial assets.

Responsibilities:

Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasting reports

Overseeing all accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable and receivables

Coordinating the quarterly and annual audits with external auditors

Ensuring the company complies with financial regulations and tax laws

Reporting all financial discrepancies or report findings to upper management

Acting as the liaison between upper management and shareholders

Managing budget processes, including establishing schedules and analyzing variances

Negotiating with vendors on terms (vendors with volume orders)

Negotiating and collaborating with Client AR/AP personnel

Establishing and monitoring financial policies and procedures

Candidate requirements:

Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

5-10 years of financial management experience

Experience within construction and/or manufacturing would be beneficial, but not required
