  • Responsibilities

    Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Controller to join their growing supplement company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance.

    **This is an in-office position located in City of Industry, Los Angeles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
    • Assist CEO with financial modeling and financial analysis
    • Lead monthly and year-end close processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards
    • Develop and monitor budgets, financial models, and rolling forecasts
    • Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and reducing variances
    • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
    • Supervise and mentor accounting staff

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
    • Minimum of 10 years of professional accounting and finance experience
    • Strong background in cost accounting and finance
    • Proficiency in IFRS standards
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of GAAP principles and regulations
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

    Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software
    • Experience with ERP systems

    Compensation: $200,000-$220,000 plus a bonus and full benefits!
