Join our growing team as a full-time Controller and oversee the financial operations of our club.

The Controller has the following key responsibilities:

• Direct financial operations and manage budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Maintain all accounting records. Prepare financial statements and analyze variances
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate their professional development
• Develop policies to control and coordinate accounting, auditing, budgets, taxes, and related activities
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and oversee tax filings
• Serve as liaison to finance and other committees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-7 years of professional accounting experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and auditing
• CPA or CHAE certification preferred

Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to monitor cash flows and analyze investment returns
• Proficient in financial software and accounting systems
