What you’ll do:

• Lead and support a four-person team (AP/AR, Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager).
• Oversee financial closing and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Handle month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reviews.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial goal alignment.
• Prepare and present financial statements.
• Use Elliott ERP for financial management.
• Create Excel reports for key insights.
• Maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.

Top Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of financial management with leadership experience.
• Proficient in Elliott ERP and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Full-time onsite required.
