    Job Position Description:

    With a ‘One Team’ mentality, PuroClean's controller will be keeping updated, accurate financial records, working closely with upper management to identify areas to reduce costs and liabilities they need to pay off by the end of the year. Monitoring closely expenses. Establishing financial reports on a weekly basis to determine the company's financial health and take action accordingly.

    Responsibilities:

    Overseeing financial statements: balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable

    Assisting management with important financial decisions by providing weekly reports to GM,

    Implementing policies and procedures for financial reporting based on those reports,

    Understanding the financial status of our company to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state in good standing,

    Supervising bookkeeper and employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets,

    Monitoring the company's expenses and financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs

    Qualifications:

    10+ years of experience as a controller

    Min. a bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting or finance,

    Basic math skills to make accurate calculations, estimates and financial reports,

    Efficiency in Excel and Quickbooks (advanced use),

    Experience using Dash,

    Experience in the Restoration/Construction industry will be a plus,

    Organization and project management,

    Attention to details,

    Excellent communication skills.
