    Position Overview
    The Corporate Controller leads the general accounting and treasury teams, ensuring high-quality financial information to support effective business decision-making. This role maintains internal controls, accurate financial reporting, efficient accounts payable processes, transparent cash management, and short-term investment strategies while partnering with leadership to align financial insights with business strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.
    • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, reporting, capital budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
    • Treasury/Cash Management: Manage treasury functions, cash flow projections, and vendor relations.
    • Financial Reporting: Lead period-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
    • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
    • Financial Analysis: Provide insights through data-driven financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize financial processes and implement best practices.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership and external partners.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • CPA preferred.
    • 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a Controller role.
    • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
    • Analytical mindset and ability to provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to the company values and mission.

    Preferred:

    • Hospitality industry experience.
    • Experience in a complex, multi-brand, and multi-state business environment.
    • Expertise in Treasury, Tax, Audit, and financial modeling.
    • Public accounting experience.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central.

    $175,000 per year
