The Controller is responsible for overseeing the restaurant's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and providing insight into the restaurant’s financial health. This role will work closely with the management team to support decision-making processes through detailed financial analysis and reporting, while ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
