JOB SUMMARY: Directs the accounting and control functions, reporting operational results and provides chronological systems. Participates in hospital managerial functions. Assists and backs up CEO.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:
1. Ability to communicate with patients in a pleasant and courteous manner.
2. Must tactfully handle difficult situations with patients and family members and perform a variety of tasks, frequent to change.
3. Must interact with all internal departments and staff.
4. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred; MBA preferred with additional experience with accounting, finance, credit, collections; CPA preferred. Five years previous healthcare experience required, with a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity preferred.
5. Strong analytical ability required.
6. Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to provide direction and training to specialized employees.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure.
8. Proficiency in PC/Computer Software/Technical Applications.
