Job Description

The controlling associate will report to the Plant Controller and will be responsible for the following:

• Execute tasks for treasury, electronic signature representation, allocations IN and out and ICO defer charge.
• Lead the governance, risk and compliance internal controls and policies, audit the cycle counts, photos, localization and tags for fix assets.
• Monitor the customer tooling spending against budget and coordinate the collection to the customers.
• Prepare and report the NQC, Productivity and the different US census for the country authorities. Make sure the correct input for Fire reporting of IT, FX exposure and HR figures.
• Prepare the accruals for insurance, concur, sales variation, expenses, at the same time verify the usage or release of accruals every month.
• Execute VCCs for new projects, analyze and resolve questions for upper management. Ensure the VCC match with sap to get the expected margin and, if needed, compare PCIS against the standard costs year over year.
• Ensure logistics controlling to correctly allocate the different P&L concepts, expenses, direct material, customer tooling and so on. Make visible the logistics variations against the standard focusing in special freights.
• Lead the claims of the plant, coordinating and collecting all the internal cost information up to the conclusion agreed with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Microsoft Office and SAP experience
• Strong accounting principle understanding.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. No visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred

• 1 - 2 years accounting experience in treasury, controlling, or financial audits preferred.
