We are looking for CONTROLS ENGINEERS for Multiple Locations including Clarkston, Grand Rapids Area, Nashville TN, North Carolina, and Arizona

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support design, build, integration, and Installation of Automation Equipment and Robotics on Site at Engineering / Fabrication Facilities and Clients' Manufacturing Plant. Multiple Locations available including metro Detroit, Grand Rapids Area, and Other States

Assist in Commissioning, Power-up, Debug, and Start-up of Manufacturing Automaton, Torque Tools, Material Handling, and Robotics

Develop and Program Allen Bradly PLC's & HMI's using Studio 5000 as well as any Safety Related Automation and equipment

Provide technical support to clients during the equipment installation phase

Work closely with Engineers, Project Managers, Technicians, and clients to resolve any technical issues with equipment and Automation

Provide project reports to senior management

Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all customers/plants

Travel to Clients' Locations and support equipment installations

Required Skills:

Min 3+ years of experience working with Manufacturing Automation and/or Robotic Installations experience

Min 3+ years experience Commissioning, Power-up, debug and Start-up

Experience Programming and debugging A-B PLC’s and HMI’s, Siemens experinece is a big Plus

Developing A-B PLC Programming from Scratch is highly desired

Experience programming FANUC Robots is a Big PLUS

Excellent level of communication skills

Proficient with basic electrical standards (NEC) and safety standards

Ability to work Paid Overtime

Must be able to travel when Required up to 35%
