    Controls Manager

    Looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Our client, an industry leader in electrical engineering, automation, and controls, is seeking a Controls Manager to lead field engineers and project managers in executing electrical control projects.

    Regular Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the Controls Field Service team for seamless project delivery
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality service
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop cost-effective SCADA, BMS, and PLC system designs
    • Oversee project scopes, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor hiring
    • Manage project billing, resource scheduling, and close-out documentation
    • Conduct system inspections, testing, and commissioning for low to high voltage systems

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or 5+ years in controls management
    • 2-5 years of project management experience with BMS/BAS, HVAC, or critical facilities
    • Field service experience with Rockwell, Tridium, Siemens, or other control systems
    • Strong knowledge of SCADA, BMS, PLC systems, and low-voltage control systems
