    Controls Technician

    Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Controls Technician to join their dynamic team. This role involves working on industrial control systems, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. You'll be reading and interpreting control drawings, performing testing and commissioning, and developing energization plans.

    Day to Day Duties

    • Read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and relay schematics.
    • Ensure accurate and safe performance of all field-testing equipment.
    • Coordinate with teams to schedule testing and commissioning of systems and equipment.
    • Conduct point-to-point checks and both pre-functional and functional testing.
    • Develop and implement energization plans.

    Requirements

    • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work safely with both basic and advanced test equipment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team.

    Note: To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education/training, key skills, and other considerations.
