Benefits: • Monthly Commission • Paid Training • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off • Parental Leave • Referral Program Responsibilities: Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Respond to all incoming leads in real-time • Convert leads into appointments and long term relationships • Understand client’s scripts of questions and ask questions accordingly • Ability to focus and handle multiple conversations simultaneously • Willingness to acquire knowledge about Real Estate • Customer Service-based demeanor Qualifications: Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Must have outstanding grammar • Highly refined communication skills • Fluent in English • Fluent in Spanish is a plus • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends & holidays • Outgoing personality • Passionate about our product • Phenomenal communication skills, our company was created based on the idea of providing amazing communication. Compensation: $60,000+ potential (salary plus bonus)
