    Job Description

    Please note: We are on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, Tuesday-Thursday. Employee must be local or relocate to Utah.

    As the Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our annual sales targets by developing and executing a roadmap to refine and enhance the performance of Cricut.com’s user journeys and conversion funnels. You will apply your expertise in data analysis, user behavior, and conversion optimization techniques to build a best-in-class web optimization program that will optimize Cricut.com’s performance and effectiveness. You will be held accountable to increasing the conversion rate on Cricut.com. You will be a member of the Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, and partner closely with the DTC Engineering, SEO, Design, Product Marketing, Channel, and Paid Media teams.

    ** Responsibilities**

    • Lead the CRO strategy from ideation to execution, focusing on increasing core KPIs.
    • Own conversion funnel, conversion metrics, and next page flow mapping.
    • Product Detail Page, Category page, and Cart conversion optimization ** .**
    • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Partner with UX/UI team to create an implement best-in-class site design.
    • Ownership of rating/review platform for Cricut.com.
    • Cricut.com navigation and category management
    • Cricut.com site search management and optimization
    • Cricut.com site cross-sell/upsell management and optimization
    • Amazon PDP conversion optimization.
    • Weekly reporting on conversion funnel performance
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Ecommerce experience specifically with CRO and A/B testing responsibilities.
    • Strong project and process management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize workload
    • Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of organization and ability to execute flawlessly
    • Data driven mindset with the ability to make decision based on complex datasets
    • Excel and Google Analytics proficiency
    • Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work
    • Humble, hungry, and has a bias for action
