Work Hours: 4:00am - 12:30pm
· Works under leadership of the Catering Cook/Manager.
· Responsible for food packaging and food presentation.
· Ensure proper timing, quality and consistency of all catering.
· Ensure all food prepped in is in a presentable manner.
· Supports management team in reducing food waste and supply waste.
· Prepare individual portions of food items.
· Assist drivers with loading trucks. Backup driver to delivery driver.
· Sweep and mop all area floors.
· Wash doors, walls, and window as directed.
· Wash pots and pans in the three-compartment sink.
· Maintain work area.
· Other duties as assigned.
