We are currently seeking a Frontline Team Member to join our team. One of the objectives of this position is to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently and that our pizzas are prepared to the highest standard. As well, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Key objectives include maintaining a clean and organized point of sale area, accurately taking and preparing orders, and providing friendly and efficient service, including alcohol service and training.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with menu selections
Take and accurately process customer orders
Prepare and serve food items in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Operate the cash register and handle transactions
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Learn about and serve beer and wine
Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes and standards
Cook and assemble pizzas in a timely and efficient manner
Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Qualifications:
Legal age of 21 years old to serve alcohol in the state of Utah
Ability to interact with customers
Prior experience in a kitchen environment
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Utah state food handlers and alcohol servsafe permits
