Job Summary:
As a Cook at The Sebastian - Vail, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining our high standards for food quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Assist in the development and planning of menus, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive team atmosphere.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed to maintain food safety.
- Stay current on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
