JOB DESCRIPTION – COOK (Part Time)
Rate: up to $20 per hour based on experience and availability
Cook It is the job of the La Senorita cook to prepare all recipes and menu items to La Senorita specifications.
Other responsibilities include:
Store and Rotate Product
Handle Food Safely
Sidework
Cleaning
Proper Use of Equipment
Communicate with Service Personnel and Other Cooks
Loss and Waste Prevention
Perform any other Duties as Assigned by Manager
Do All of above Tasks in a "Guest Obsessed" Manner!
Be a Team Player
Don’t Serve Anything You Wouldn’t Eat
Work Quickly and Quietly
Make Each Plate Look Great (People Eat with Their Eyes)
Learn How to Prepare Items and Teach Others
Constantly Prepare for Our next Guests Order
Determine Priorities
Follow Recipes Carefully
ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO MAKE OUR GUEST FEEL AT HOME AT LA SENORITA
Job Specifications:
Position requires ability to learn La Senorita’s standard kitchen procedures and dishwashing and sanitizing procedures; organization, ability to perform functions quickly and accurately. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time, use care when walking on wet floors and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior foodservice experience is helpful but not necessary.
