We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team.

Cook responsibilities :

• Ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
• Menu implementation to ensure that the food is of high quality.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and adhering to proper hygiene standards.
• Monitor food temperatures, follow proper food storage procedures and document food handling practices to meet health department regulations.
• Accurately identify and avoid allergens when preparing meals and follow specific dietary requirements.
• Efficiently manage kitchen tasks, including planning, food ordering and food preparation.
• Adhere to Maricopa County Health Department regulations.
• Must have food handlers card.
