    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Cooking Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s kitchens operational performance and cooking during your shift. You will help create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience. Must have line cooking experience 3-10 years Must have breakfast and lunch short order experience to be considered

    Responsibilities:

    Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed

    Must be reliable

    Team Player

    Open and set up the kitchen early morning's 4.5 day work week no nights

    Able to cook and manage the shift

    Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

    Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact

    Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

    Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

    Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary

    Cover the shifts of absent employees

    Qualifications:

    3-5 Years Kitchen Experience short order a must

    Previous food service experience and inventory

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Excellent management and leadership skills

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Must be able to train staff

    Follow and meet/exceed management's expectations
