Job Description
Will follow daily instruction given by Director of Nutrition that best assist in the daily preparation of meals.
Duties include:
Meal preparation, cooking, cleaning kitchen/work area, storeroom, freezers and dishes.
Check in orders and stocking shelves.
Rotation of food according to expiration date.
Read and record food temperatures.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
must complete CPR, First Aid, AED and defensive driving training.
Knowledgeable on how to operate kitchen equipment.
Willing to do other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
Full Time position. 35 hours per week.
