    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Coordination Supervisor to lead and manage our team of Staffing Coordinators in providing seamless and efficient scheduling of caregivers for client services. This position plays a vital role in ensuring caregiver-client matches, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and resolving staffing-related issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in home care scheduling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Supervise and support the coordinating team to ensure timely and appropriate scheduling of caregivers for client services.
    • Scheduling Management: Oversee the scheduling system to ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Ensure continuity of care during emergencies by coordinating with the Assistant Director.
    • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, incidents, or complaints from clients, caregivers, or coordinators.
    • Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to state, federal, and agency regulations for all scheduling activities.
    • Training and Development: Train new coordinators, provide ongoing support, and evaluate team performance to maintain high service standards.
    • Data and Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, including new, resumed, discharged, and denied cases. Run daily and weekly reports to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
    • Customer Service: Communicate with clients and families to address scheduling concerns, ensuring patient satisfaction and quality of care.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: in staffing and scheduling management within the home care industry.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HHA Exchange; strong data entry and manual scheduling abilities.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of home care regulations and compliance standards.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with a commitment to maintaining patient satisfaction.
