    Job Description

    ** Summary:**

    The Coordinator, Category Management will be responsible for assisting in the cultivation of new licensing partnerships while also overseeing the day-to-day management of existing licensees. We are seeking a goal-oriented and driven individual who is keen to learn and develop their existing skill set as they work to become an experienced sales professional.

    Salary range: $45,760- $60,320

    ** Responsibilities include:**

    • Conduct sales research and generate leads for prospective global, international and/or regional partners across various industries
    • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship and proactive management of existing and potential licensees
    • Build franchise deep dive, business review decks, and licensee contract summaries
    • Facilitate & occasionally lead pitch presentations of brands to licensees (Via Microsoft TEAMS, Zoom or in-person)
    • Attend toy partner’s Spring & Fall previews, as well as toy fairs & provide business recaps & recommendations
    • Manage Marketing submissions from licensees.
    • Align with internal departments such as Marketing, Post-Production, Music, and Legal for assets (i.e. film footage, stills, spins, 3D Maya files, etc.) and contracts for licensees
    • Secure and facilitate meetings with executives on a global basis
    • Deliver assets and information to existing and prospective partners
    • Input deal memos into internal contract management and CRM systems
    • Create and maintain all product presentations for each licensee per season
    • Research toys for upcoming brands, and archive all Toy and Hardline contractual samples for the Legal and Trademark department
    • Provide input in quarterly forecasting, modeling, and analysis
    • Maintain domestic licensee partnership lists and retail listings for Category and Retail teams on each brand
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the needs of the team

    ** Qualifications/Requirements:**

    • 1-3 years’ experience in a highly visible sales function within one of the following industries – Entertainment, Licensing, Consumer Products, Food, Health & Beauty. Will consider new graduates with related internships.
    • Driven and goal-oriented – ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Able to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to work with remote teams across multiple time-zones
    • Bachelor’s degree required

    ** Additional Requirements:**

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
