Job Description
Staff branded special events, food and wine festivals, national and regional trade shows, media tours and integrations, red carpet events and sampling programs. This includes helping to serve as a brand spokesperson at events, as well as being on the ground logistics support.
Supports trade and consumer media relations efforts, influencer programs and outreach including media list development
Oversees media tracking and monitoring for the wine brands, packaging coverage and clips, and preparing seasonal and quarterly results grids
Develops event briefings and itineraries, press materials, case studies and other correspondence, as appropriate.
Oversees product inventory and allocations, as well as archives of photos, artwork, and media clip files.
Collaborates closely with brand teams and works cross-functionally with our marketing, advertising, research, and legal teams.
Assist in the development and execution of the influencer/celebrity outreach plan, focusing on building lasting and credible relationships with celebrity, cultural and influential tastemakers
Help build the organic social strategy for the brand to help showcase the lifestyle, people and properties behind each of the brands, this includes identifying UGC or owned images to share and drafting monthly social media editorial calendars.
Administrative responsibilities include scheduling meetings, brainstorm sessions, creating agendas and meeting recaps, daily media monitoring and reporting and other activities.
Qualifications
Pay Rate: $27.00-$29.00 per hour and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
