    Job Description

    Job Summary

    The NBCUniversal Creative Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Coordinator of Client Partnerships to support our Partnership Team and provide dedicated administrative assistance to the team’s Senior Vice President (SVP). In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth team operations and enabling the SVP to focus on strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for facilitating collaborative work environments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative duties including:
      • Support department SVP – manage calendar, compile and submit T&E reports
      • Order office supplies, process invoices, coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as needed
      • Coordinate agenda for team and department meetings (note taking, booking conference rooms, food orders…)
      • Manage creative archival day-to-day process – overseeing Page
      • Prepare first draft of weekly status report for leadership team
      • Run various reports, conduct research and compile data as needed
      • Maintain the privacy of sensitive information and documents.
      • Use discretion and uphold confidentiality when handling personal, financial, or proprietary information.
    • Maintain department “Forms” library, “How to” materials, and team training binder
    • Daily internal data filing & JobSuite (Salesforce) cleanup to ensure all systems are organized for reporting and backup needs
    • Project Management:
      • Manage small account projects with guidance from Manager
      • Compile/send work orders
      • Manage day-to-day logistics on designated projects
      • Traffic assets and communicate approvals for assigned projects
      • Move projects forward through design team and internal approvals
      • Request missing information & assets from clients
    • Work with departments across NBCUniversal across all levels
    • Develop and assemble presentation materials as needed
    • Work with clients to obtain thorough creative briefs for all projects
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years project management, creative agency or marketing experience
    • Understanding of the creative brief process
    • Multi-tasker with time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
    • Great proof-reading skills and an eye for detail
    • A self-starter bringing a can-do attitude and can handle all types of personalities
    • Familiarity with TV landscape including cable, satellite and telco industries
    • Computer proficiency required (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Suite)
    • Highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful
    • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and client relation skills
    • Consistent team player who is willing to pitch in on last minute, high priority projects

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
