    Job Description

    The Coordinator, Global Communications is responsible for working alongside Universal Products & Experiences Global Communications team to support daily communications activities and programs, as well as some administrative responsibilities. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Communications.

    Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000

    ** Essential Responsibilities:**

    • Collaborates with the team to execute daily PR materials
    • Drafts and/or reviews PR collateral and publicity materials
    • Oversees department operational tasks, such as website maintenance, warehouse inventory and
    • vendor management
    • Manages media mailers, product requests, and creation of necessary materials for specific campaigns
    • Maintains media and influencer lists based on campaigns/projects
    • Develops daily communications and other ongoing internal newsletters as requested
    • Monitors press and influencer coverage, creates coverage tracker and clips coverage as needed
    • Supports event staffing needs, such as: media check-in, production help, product deliveries
    • Maintains team budget and oversees the processing and tracking of invoices and payments to Vendors
    • Coordinates travel, expenses and calendar/meeting scheduling for the Senior Vice President
    • Pro-active: Demonstrates ability to take the initiative by confidently self-starting work and providing counsel
    • Detail Oriented: Pays attention to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors
    • Confidentiality: Must be able to manage department business with the utmost confidentially

    ** Qualifications/Requirements:**

    • Minimum 2-3 years of PR or Communications experience, preferably within entertainment, media, consumer products or retail; agency experience is a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Bachelor's degree required in Communications, Journalism, Marketing

    ** Additional Requirements:**

    • Travel may be required
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the needs of the team
    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
