Job Description

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in purchasing and sourcing activities
• Generate clear and concise reports to support informed decision-making by management
• Develop PowerPoint decks that visualize data findings, translating analytics into clear, impactful presentations for stakeholders
• Maintain dashboards and reports to track effectiveness of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions

Sourcing and Procurement:

• Input purchase requisitions and receive purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Conduct regular assessments of suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier agreements, and inventory levels
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with internal regulatory requirements and policies

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is highly preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the wine or beverage industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent, relevant job experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish goals and complete projects
• Excellent facilitation and consulting skills are necessary to successfully perform this job

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
