Coordinator of Substance Use Services Northampton, Greenfield and Holyoke
Summary:
Licensed substance use professional with knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders and treatment and working with clients with co-occurring disorders in an outpatient community mental health setting. Knowledge of DPH/BSAS requirements and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative oversight of substance use programs in outpatient clinics.
Join leadership team committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and clinical excellence and work closely with VP and the Program Directors of the Outpatient Clinical services.
Prepare for re-licensure of clinics by BSAS as needed, working closely with the Director of Operations in the clinics.
Participate in the development of programs that provide services to the clients in the Outpatient clinics and CCBHC i(Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics) including working as a liaison with programs in the community.
Ability to create strong teams and work independently.
Oversee SUDS teams and provide mandated training.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in addiction treatment setting and at least 3 years with co-occurring disorders.
Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC) and/or LADC-1 required.
