    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Sales Manager to join our team in the United States. As a Water & Power OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) business segment, primarily valve and gate manufacturers in the water and wastewater market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with existing key customers and develop new accounts.

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our OEM client base and increase market share
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential OEM clients
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our products.
    • Work with existing outside sales team and existing channel partners to support project sales at these OEM accounts.
    • Develop target account list, track opportunities, and forecast sales volumes within company CRM.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
    • Superior negotiation and account management skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
    • Excel at collaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging and changing siloed thinking wherever it appears
    • Capable of communicating at all levels both internally and externally
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the US.
    • Knowledge of the US Water and Wastewater market, applications, and selling processes is a plus.
