    Job Description

    This role is hybrid technical recruiter for a large SASS company. You must live in either Provo, Seattle, or Raiegh. The position is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals for software engineering positions
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
    • Conduct salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years experience as a technical recruiter
    • Experience working for an enterprise level company
    • Experience recruiting for: Front and back-end software engineers
    • Must live in either: Seattle, Raleigh, or Provo and be able to come into the office a few days a week
