Job Description: Eureka Ergonomic is seeking a Copywriter to join our creative and marketing team. The Copywriter will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice across e-commerce platforms, product pages, and digital campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will craft persuasive, accurate, and high-converting content that resonates with our audience and drives customer interaction. Responsibilities
Brand Voice & Style Development: Lead the development and evolution of Eureka Ergonomics' brand voice, creating and maintaining a style guide for consistent messaging across all platforms.
Content Creation: Write persuasive, original copy for product pages, landing pages, and promotional materials, driving customer engagement and conversions.
Campaign Writing: Develop engaging copy for promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events, collaborating with designers and marketers to enhance the customer experience.
Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine product descriptions, marketing materials, and translations for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Translation Refinement: Ensure translated content aligns with brand messaging and correct any inconsistencies or awkward phrasing.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in marketing copywriting, preferably with a focus on eCommerce.
Experience in the home furniture industry is a plus.
Skills:
Exceptional writing and editing with strong attention to detail.
Ability to craft persuasive content that drives sales.
Skilled in identifying and correcting translation errors and unclear messaging.
Experience developing style guides and content guidelines.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and content management tools. Familiarity with Figma and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, and ad copy.
Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and product teams.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% for product launches, events, or team meetings.
