IT Support Technician Liberty, NY (2 Week Project)
Job Description
Core BTS seeks an IT Support Technician to provide levels 1-2 troubleshooting and support in an education setting. The support technician will work under the direction of a Technology Manager. Support for this position on this project will be no less then 2 weeks, and has the potential to last up to 4 weeks.
Primary duties include:
THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THE WORKSITE IN SULLIVAN, NY.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of technical support experience, education, certifications, or a combination, along with a desire to learn and motivation to excel in a customer service-centric environment.
Experience and/or education in computer networking, PC/Mac environments, server support, phone system administration, Cisco hardware, Exchange,and virtual environments are highly desired.
