JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Start at $20.00-21.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of Janitorial, the successful candidate will adhere to all EHS standards and regulations while working independently or as a team member, with or without direct supervision. You must possess strong communication skills as well as the ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. You must also be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently or within teams. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Routine cleaning of the restrooms, cafeteria and other areas as needed
• Remove all full bins off production line
• Empty all trash hoppers off line throughout the facility
• Empty all scrap hoppers off production line
• At all times must adhere to all fork lift safety requirements
• Must be able to work at all facilities within any given shift
• Must be willing to operate the industrial sweeper and forklift outdoors
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the facility
• Cleaning restrooms and lunchrooms, mop and vacuum floors, clean microwaves and tables, and dump trash

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below waist
• This position will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time and have the ability to move boxes in and out of production areas
• Previous janitorial experience required

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
