We are a great company with great people, and we are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with Builder experience, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Loan Officers can rely on them to ensure an accurate and timely closing process.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

In this exciting and dynamic role, we are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who can drive amazing and deep relationships with our Loan Originators, Builders and Customers. This professional will partner with our team to assist our Originators and Customers through the loan process.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL…

Success in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application to funding and:

• 2 years of continuous current retail Mortgage Processing experience- Required
• TRID knowledge- Required
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines
• Must be able to independently calculate all types of self-employed income.
• Must be able to fund a minimum of 20 new units per month while working towards the same units from the following month
• You will need to monitor and manage work flow to ensure timely closings
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on changes to market conditions
• Proficiency with AUS systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
• Communicate with borrowers, builders, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite mortgage process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ Years of current mortgage processing experience
• Experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus.
• SalesForce experience and knowledge on working within a database a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and customer service a must
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Strong computer and technology related skills
• Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing work load and handle multiple tasks
