    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Administrative Assistant to support our client's executive team and ensure the smooth operation of daily corporate activities. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Organize and maintain confidential records and files.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Assist with event planning, meeting preparation, and office supply management.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
