Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact? HFI, a fast-growing Tier 2 automotive supplier , is looking for a Corporate Controller to play a critical role in driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and leadership development at our Central Ohio location in Canal Winchester, Ohio. (Relocation Provided)

As our Corporate Controller , you'll partner with our CFO and senior leadership to lead accounting operations, optimize financial reporting, and support our ERP transformation —all while helping shape the future of a company that's on a high-growth trajectory.

What You'll Do:

✔ Oversee all accounting functions —including AP, financial reporting, inventory valuation, and budgeting

✔ Lead financial strategy & process improvements that drive operational excellence

✔ Play a key role in the company-wide IFS ERP implementation

✔ Manage consolidated financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards

✔ Guide and develop a high-performing finance team

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)

10+ years of leadership experience in accounting/finance (manufacturing experience a major plus!)

Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory reporting

Experience with ERP systems (Macola, IFS, or similar preferred)

A collaborative, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset
