Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Corporate Controller to join our leadership team at the corporate headquarters based in Rochester, NY. The Corporate Controller oversees a centralized team of 7 team members and the accounting function for all locations, including the corporate office operations. The position is responsible for all aspects of financial management, internal controls, accounting, and financial reporting and deliverables for our 16 properties with ongoing planned acquisitions. Although the position is based out of Rochester, NY, annual regional property visits and some field travel are required.
