    Job Description

    We are seeking an outstanding product attorney to join our legal team supporting ServiceNow’s rapidly growing product teams. This attorney will be primarily responsible for advising on a wide variety of product development and release matters, including advising on product-specific privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory issues, negotiating technology licenses, development agreements, and pre-release agreements, and conducting product documentation reviews. The position can be based in one of our U.S. ServiceNow offices or a remote U.S. location.

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • Current membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
    • 8 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company advising clients on product development matters.
    • Knowledge of privacy, data security, AI/ML and/or intellectual property law.
    • Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions.
    • Understanding of the enterprise IT industry, including SaaS and cloud computing areas.
    • Strong orientation as a team-player and a bias for sharing information.
    • A self-starter able to prioritize workload to set goals and meet deadlines in a fluctuating and sometimes ambiguous environment.
