    A premier global investment firm is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Associate to help oversee their NYC office space and operations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our office facilities and reception area.

    ***Qualified candidates will have 3 - 7 years of experience overseeing facilities within a multifloored corporate office, preferably within finance***

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. Ensure all facilities are in optimal working condition and address any issues promptly.
    • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Schedule and supervise repairs, maintenance, and other services as needed.
    • Office Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment. Order and restock supplies, and ensure that all equipment is functional and well-maintained.
    • Space Management: Coordinate office space allocation, set up meeting rooms, and arrange for furniture and equipment as required. Support office reconfigurations and relocations as needed.
    • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards.
    • Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and functions. Ensure facilities are prepared and set up according to requirements.
    • Budget Management: Assist in managing the facilities budget. Track expenses and provide reports on facilities-related expenditures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in facilities management. Experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, staff, and management.
