    Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Corporate Finance and Contract Administrator to join our team in McLean, VA.

    • Must be on-site weekly on Wednesdays REQUIRED

    The Corporate Finance and Contract Administrator will provide comprehensive contract administration and staff accountant support duties, including assisting the Financial Manager with timesheets, payroll, accounts payable & receivable, billing processing, forecasting, and reporting. Additionally, this role involves supporting the processing of contract awards and modifications, proposal submissions, reporting, and maintaining contract records. This position is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in finance and contract management and grow with our team.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Bachelor’s degree or at minimum five (5+) years of hands-on experience supporting small or medium-sized business finance or accounting operations.
    • Experience working in government contracting.
    • Deltek Costpoint Experience.
    • Familiar with GAAP and government accounting standards.
    • Proficient with Excel to develop budgets, forecast reports, and support financial planning.

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance or accounting.
    • Government contract administration experience.
    • Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
    • Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
    • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
