    Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact within the dynamic restaurant franchise industry? Our corporate accounting team is growing, and we have a Corporate Financial Controller opportunity. In this role, you will oversee financial and operational performance, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and implement effective internal controls across a large-scale, multi-unit organization with over 1,200 locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Oversight: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

    Strategic Planning: Lead budgeting, provide financial analysis, and support initiatives like cost improvement and risk assessment.

    Operational Excellence: Manage fixed assets, sales tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

    Audit and Compliance: Coordinate financial audits and maintain accurate financial records.

    Efficiency and Analysis: Recommend strategies for resource optimization and process improvements.

    Team Leadership: Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing accounting team.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.

    Proven success as a Controller or in a similar role within the restaurant, franchise, or multi-unit operations industry.

    Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, full-cycle close processes, and compliance requirements.

    Proficiency in general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    Ability to manage complex financial functions independently and efficiently.
